Job Description:

• We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team in Indore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for representing the brand image of UBE Media and pitching our advertising services to potential clients.
• This role requires excellent communication and sales skills, along with the ability to build strong relationships with businesses looking to enhance their online advertising presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients to promote UBE Medias advertising solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their advertising needs.
• Pitch and present UBE Medias services, including YouTube Ads, Ad Shoots, Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.
• Meet and exceed sales targets by converting leads into successful business deals.
• Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and industry trends.
• Provide clients with consultation on effective digital marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of advertising campaigns.
• Prepare and submit sales reports, client feedback, and performance metrics.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in media, advertising, or digital marketing.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills to effectively pitch and close sales.
• Ability to work independently and drive sales through field visits.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a competitive environment.
• Must have own vehicle for commuting and conducting sales visits.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and online advertising trends.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
