Job Summary
Has the responsibility and accountability for hiring direct manpower for the business in line with
business requirement, at the right time, cost and quality through Hub HR heads and recruiters team;
Ensures compliance to applicable government and internal guidelines related to direct hiring; Is
expected to provide support of approx. 50,000 recruitments each year for direct staff

Direct Recruitment - Planning and Strategy

Direct Recruitment - Process Management

â Participate in critical aspects of key recruitment initiatives â
liaison with internal functions, govt. officials, agencies etc. as
required to mobilize the teams and source candidates

of the hubs to leverage on hiring

â Monitor and track progress on recruitment by ensuring people
and process are aligned to deliver to plan
â Intervene where necessary to expedite urgent requirements
â Seek feedback from business/ direct hires and plan
improvement in candidate experience, recruiter productivity,
planning and forecasting
â Cost / hire vs.

â Ensure reinforcement of process with the new recruiters and
availability of recruitment collaterals at each hiring points
â Review data from the ERP on hiring and work to improve the
hiring to deployment ratios
â Works on technology to enhance recruitment effectiveness
â Leverages the online portal and take help of Wish Team to
provide SMS, call and other central support to the hubs

Qualification
Minimum: Bachelorâs degree or equivalent
Relevant Experience
