SAP Project Manager - SD/FICO Modules (10-14 yrs)

Job Description :

- SAP Project Manager (10-14 Years total & relevant experience). Note : Need Immediate to March month Joiners on all the above skill sets. Responsibilities :

- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.

- Define project milestones, deliverables, and success criteria.

- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.

- Manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies. -

- Develop and manage project budgets and forecasts.

- Track project expenses and ensure cost control.

- Manage change requests and assess their financial impact.

- Allocate and manage project resources effectively.

- Coordinate with functional and technical teams.

- Ensure resource availability and resolve resource conflicts.

- Establish and enforce quality standards and procedures.

- Conduct regular quality reviews and audits.

- Ensure deliverables meet client expectations and quality requirements.

- Conduct regular project meetings and status updates.

- Manage customer interactions and expectations.

- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration.

- Lead and manage SAP technical upgrade projects.

- Coordinate technical teams and ensure smooth upgrade execution.

- Conduct thorough system assessments and readiness checks to identify potential upgrade challenges.

- Analyze system landscapes and identify dependencies.

- Evaluate the impact of upgrades on existing functionalities and integrations.

- Develop detailed upgrade plans, timelines, and risk management strategies.

- Define upgrade scope and objectives.

- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.

- Plan and coordinate cutover activities.

- Document upgrade processes, lessons learned, and best practices.

- Create comprehensive upgrade documentation for future reference.

- Ensure knowledge transfer and training for support teams.

- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.

- Resolve complex technical issues and challenges.

- Ensure technical alignment with business requirements.

Requirements :

- 10-14 years of total and relevant experience in SAP project management.

- Proven experience in managing SAP upgrade and implementation projects.

- Strong understanding of SAP modules, particularly SD, FICO, PPQM, and MMWM.

- Experience in conducting system assessments and readiness checks.

- Ability to develop and manage project plans, budgets, and resources.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Experience in managing customer interactions and expectations.

- Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).

- Ability to lead and motivate project teams.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications :

- PMP or other relevant project management certifications.

- SAP certifications in relevant modules.

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA upgrades.

- Experience with cloud-based SAP solutions.

- Experience with change management and organizational transformation.
