SAP PS Consultant.

Hyderabad. Exp : 6 to 8 years

Responsibilities :

- Configure and customize SAP PS modules to meet business requirements.

- Design and implement project structures, work breakdown structures (WBS), and networks.

- Set up and manage project budgets, costs, and revenues.

- Configure and maintain project profiles, planning boards, and reporting tools.

- Ensure seamless integration of SAP PS with other SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, etc.).

- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.

- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical designs.

- Conduct gap analysis and propose solutions to address client needs.

- Provide support throughout the project lifecycle, from planning to execution and closure.

- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues.

- Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.

- Develop and execute test plans and test cases.

- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

- Create and maintain detailed documentation, including configuration guides, user manuals, and training materials.

- Diagnose and resolve SAP PS issues and errors.

- Provide timely and effective support to end-users.

- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers.

- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

- Conduct training sessions for end-users.

Technical Skills & Qualifications :

- 6-8 years of experience as an SAP PS Consultant.

- Strong knowledge of SAP PS modules and functionalities.

- Experience in SAP PS implementation, configuration, and support.

- Understanding of project management principles and methodologies.

- Experience with integration between SAP PS and other SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD).

- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications :

- SAP PS certification.

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA PS.

- Knowledge of industry-specific best practices for SAP PS.

- Experience with cross application time sheets (CATS).
