Zensar Technologies - SAP Solution Architect - E2E Implementation (12-15 yrs)

SAP Solution Architect: Presales and Delivery.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and define end-to-end SAP solution architectures, including system landscapes, integrations, and data flows.

- Design and document detailed technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and solution blueprints.

- Evaluate and recommend SAP products and technologies based on business requirements and technical feasibility.

- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.

- Define and implement integration strategies between SAP and non-SAP systems.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to gather and analyze business requirements.

- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and architecture designs.

- Ensure solutions align with business goals, strategic initiatives, and industry best practices.

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams throughout the project lifecycle.

- Conduct architecture reviews and ensure adherence to architectural standards and best practices.

- Mentor and coach junior architects and technical team members.

- Resolve complex technical issues and challenges.

- Stay abreast of the latest SAP technologies, trends, and innovations.

- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

- Conduct proof of concepts (POCs) and feasibility studies.

- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in SAP solution architecture.

- Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with SAP implementations.

- Ensure solutions comply with security, regulatory, and compliance requirements.

- Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

- Communicate effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers.

- Present architectural designs and recommendations to senior management.

- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and define solutions.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

- Create and maintain detailed architectural documentation, including solution blueprints, design specifications, and technical guides.

- Develop and deliver training materials and knowledge transfer sessions.

- Contribute to the development of internal best practices and standards.

Technical Skills & Qualifications :

- 12+ years of experience as an SAP Solution Architect or similar role.

- Deep understanding of SAP technologies and solutions, including S/4HANA, cloud solutions, and integration platforms.

- Experience in designing and implementing complex SAP landscapes and architectures.

- Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture principles and frameworks (TOGAF).

- Experience with various SAP modules (FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, HCM).

- Proficiency in integration technologies (SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI, APIs).

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-based SAP solutions.

- Strong understanding of database systems and data modeling.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.

- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to lead and mentor technical teams.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
