Informatica Administrator - Cloud IDMC (6-8 yrs)

Job Title : Informatica Admin with Cloud IDMC

Experience : 6-8 Years

Location : Bengaluru, India

Key Responsibilities :

- Install, configure, and administer Informatica Cloud IDMC, PowerCenter, and related tools.

- Monitor and optimize Informatica environments for performance, scalability, and security.

- Manage patches, upgrades, migrations, and backups to ensure system stability.

- Troubleshoot performance issues, errors, and system failures in Informatica environments.

- Collaborate with development, DevOps, and infrastructure teams for seamless deployments.

- Implement user access controls, authentication, and security policies in Informatica.

- Work with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud to support Informatica cloud integrations.

- Automate administrative tasks using Python, Shell Scripting, or similar scripting languages.

- Maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.

- Provide technical support and training to development and data teams.

- Ensure compliance with data governance and industry standards.

Skills & Experience :

- 6-8 years of experience as an Informatica Administrator.

- Expertise in Informatica Cloud IDMC, PowerCenter, and related tools.

- Strong knowledge of installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.

- Experience with ETL administration, workflows, and metadata management.

- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for Informatica deployments.

- Hands-on experience with SQL, database administration (Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server).

- Scripting knowledge in Python, Shell, or PowerShell for automation.

- Strong understanding of networking, authentication (LDAP, SSO), and security principles.

- Experience in monitoring tools and log analysis for issue resolution.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
