Role Overview

As a Project Coordinator, you will act as the primary point of contact for our clients,

ensuring their satisfaction and success through our digital marketing services. You will

collaborate with internal teams to deliver results that align with client goals, fostering long-term

relationships and driving retention and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Management:
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
• Serve as the main point of contact for client communication and queries.
• Understand clients business objectives and tailor digital marketing strategies to meet

their goals.

• Project Coordination:
• Work closely with internal teams (SEO, PPC, Content, Design and Social Media) to

ensure timely delivery of campaigns and projects.

• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve results.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting:
• Regularly review campaign performance and provide detailed reports to clients.
• Conduct periodic reviews with clients to ensure alignment on strategies and outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services based on client needs.
• Problem-Solving:
• Proactively address client concerns and resolve issues efficiently.
• Anticipate challenges and implement solutions to improve client satisfaction.
• Market Awareness:
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in digital marketing.
• Share insights with clients to position G-Rank as a strategic partner.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in client servicing or account management, preferably in a digital

marketing agency.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, PPC, social media,

and analytics.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and CRM software is a plus.
• Client-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Experience in Google Sheets, Google Slides and Canva.
• Produce reports with key takeaways about progress and forecasts for presentation to

internal and external stakeholders.
