Job Description:-
1) Designation: Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager
Qualification: B. Tech
Experience: 7-10 Years (Should be from Automotive Industry)
Purpose:
The Quality Incharge is responsible for overseeing all quality functions within the plant, including process quality, in-process inspections, customer quality, incoming quality, and audits.
This role ensures the implementation and maintenance of an effective Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with industry standards, customer expectations, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
1) Designation: QMS Engineer/Sr. Engineer
Qualification: B. Tech
Experience: 4-6 Years (Should be from Automotive Industry)
Purpose: The role is responsible to ensure compliance with quality standards, managing quality systems, and representing the company during audits and certifications. Implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
Develop, implement, and maintain an effective quality management system (QMS) that aligns with industry standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
Conduct regular internal audits and identify areas of improvement and noncompliance, initiating corrective actions plans (CAPA).
Oversee quality control processes on the production line, including in process inspections, testing, and final product verification.
Analyze quality data and identify root causes of defects and implement preventative measures to minimize occurrences.
Manage non-conforming product disposition by following established procedures for rework, scrap, and customer notification. Understand customers quality expectations and ensuring product compliance via resolving complaints related to product quality, implementing corrective actions as needed.
Provide training to employees on quality standards, procedures, and methodologies. Foster a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement across the organization.
Generate comprehensive quality reports, including data analysis and trends, for management review. Present findings and recommendations to leadership to drive quality improvement initiatives.
