ABOUT THE ROLE:
In this role, you will impact the success of our organization by driving transformative initiatives, optimizing sales operations, and implementing best practices. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address sales process gaps and opportunities. Your leadership and guidance will ensure alignment with company goals and objectives, and you will monitor and analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the Sales Operations organization responsible for Sales Excellence strategies and initiatives to achieve growth business objectives.
- Develop and implement sales enablement processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance sales performance, skill, efficiency and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SBUs, Sales Channels, ALT and Corp) to drive sales excellence, identify and address sales process gaps and opportunities.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Manage and optimize sales operations, including forecasting, pipeline management, and sales analytics
