Deputy Head- Strategic Alliances (B2B)- Mutual Funds
Role & Responsibilities :
- Form and drive national strategic alliances, onboarding big ticket clients, building distribution tie-ups with NDs, Foreign banks, Private banks and PSU s, Wealth management set ups, etc, and maintain relationship.
- Responsible for execution of strategies to increase distribution in the region in collaboration with Sales Teams with the goal of increasing alliances market share.
- Will be accountable to drive channel targets and market shares in respective channels.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and competitive activities, including analyzing customer \ behavior and preferences and identifying new market opportunities and provide market, competition insights to National Head -Sales & Head SA.
- Lead the channel strategy , monitor execution and work closely with respective channel partners across product , research and sales leads and internally with sales team.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, communicate effectively and demonstrate deep understanding of customer needs and knowledge of mutual fund market and products.
- Ensure and adhere to compliance and regulatory guidelines.
- Design Campaigns and other ground level activities for Strategic Alliances team.
