Role Overview:
The Lead - Infrastructure Transformation will lead the modernization of IT infrastructure for the organization. The role involves managing networking across a wide distribution network , end user computing , server infrastructure, cloud environments, adherence to cybersecurity norms, and compliance with NBFC regulations. The ideal candidate will drive strategic initiatives across public and private cloud platforms, ensure robust networking, DevSecOps practices, and align infrastructure with business objectives, ensuring scalability, security, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Infrastructure Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute the infrastructure transformation roadmap, supporting business goals and regulatory requirements, with a focus on innovation and security.
- Cloud Infrastructure Management: Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of public (AWS, Google ,Azure) and private cloud infrastructure. Manage hybrid and multi-cloud environments, ensuring optimized cloud operations.
- Networking & End-User Services: Ensure reliable, secure, and scalable networking solutions. Manage the delivery of end-user services, including desktop support, hardware, and software provisioning.
- DevSecOps Integration: Implement and optimize DevSecOps practices to enhance CI/CD pipelines. Ensure seamless integration across development and operations while adhering to security standards.
- Cybersecurity Leadership: Ensure compliance with cybersecurity protocols. Implement and monitor risk management strategies, including threat detection and response, and security audits.
- Regulatory Compliance: Maintain full compliance with NBFC IT guidelines, ensuring infrastructure meets legal and regulatory standards.
- Vendor Management: Build relationships with key technology vendors, managing contracts, service levels, and procurement to maximize performance and value.
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing IT infrastructure team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity: Develop and maintain disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity (BC) plans to ensure operational resilience.
- Familiarity with NBFC guidelines: In-depth understanding of regulatory frameworks governing NBFC operations, ensuring compliance in IT infrastructure and processes.
- Managing distribution network to branches: Overseeing IT infrastructure and connectivity across multiple branch locations, ensuring reliable systems and communication networks.
- Data privacy and cybersecurity tools: Proficiency in implementing security protocols and tools to safeguard sensitive customer and organizational data.
- Adherence to audits: Ensuring all IT infrastructure adheres to internal and external audit requirements, with thorough documentation and compliance checks.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 14-18 years in IT infrastructure management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role in financial services, NBFCs, or housing finance.
- Education: Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is preferred.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications (AWS, Azure, CISSP, ITIL, PMP) are highly desirable
