- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations and long-term strategic planning of all the entities of the Educational Trust, ensuring alignment with the Trust's objectives and compliance with regulatory standards.

- Drive organizational performance by establishing and monitoring key metrics to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and operational excellence

- Strategically plan, establish, and manage the expansion of new organizations and units under the Trust, aligning with long-term objectives.

- Lead and empower central teams-HR, Marketing, Procurement, Facilities, and IT-by setting clear objectives, fostering collaboration, and ensuring alignment with the overall strategic goals of Educational Trust.

- Prepare and present comprehensive reports and insights to senior management, supporting informed decision-making and long-term strategic planning.

- Act as a trusted advisor to the senior management, contributing to the overall mission and values of the Trust while driving both business and philanthropic success.

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including government bodies, universities, statutory agencies, and strategic partners, to enhance the Trust's influence and impact.

- Qualifications: Bachelor's/Matsters degree in Business Administration, Education, or related fields.

- Master's degree preferred.

- 15-20 years Experience in non-academic education administration or related roles.
