Position : Creative Internal Communication Specialist (Data Driven Communication Specialist)

Location : Gurgaon

Years of Experience : 3-5 Years

Our client want some one who can develop and execute impactful communication strategies that enhance employee engagement and position the HR function as a strategic enabler within the organization

Principal Responsibilities

The role has responsibility for:

1) Strategic Communication: Design and implement internal communication campaigns that effectively promote HR programs, policies, and initiatives across the organization.

2) Employer Branding: Collaborate with the HR team to strengthen the organization's employer brand through targeted messaging, storytelling, and creative content.

3) Content Creation: Develop compelling communication materials such as newsletters, intranet updates, presentations, emails, and videos to engage employees and foster transparency.

4) Change Management: Partner with the HR Head to craft clear and consistent messaging during organizational changes, ensuring alignment and understanding across teams.

5) Employee Engagement: Support initiatives such as rewards and recognition, DEI programs, and learning and development by creating tailored communication plans that inspire participation.

6) Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze communication effectiveness using KPIs, providing insights and recommendations to enhance strategies. Build decks for a variety of audiences, including all staff, hiring managers, L-2 leaders, regional leaders, and global leadership in both business and HR

Key Requirements

1) The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in internal communications, employer branding, or marketing, with a focus on promoting HR initiatives and driving key communication KPIs.

2) Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences.

3) Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
