We have a suitable opportunity in the Corporate HR for the position of Lead - Campus & Early Careers. In this individual role, you will be responsible to attract and hire the best young talent for L'Oreal India and make L'Oreal the employer of choice on campuses across India. You should have 5-7 years professional experience with FMCG / Pharma / retail industry. The location of the job will be Mumbai - HO.
Key Responsibilities:
- End to End managament of SeedZ Program, Internship Program, Brandstorm, Sustainability Challenge, L'Oreal for Youth from attraction to integration.
- Recruitment and integration of young talents for the country to ensure a strong pipeline for future leadership for L'Oreal India
- Ensure L'Oreal is the employer of choice at partner campuses
- Leverage the L'Oreal EVP across online and offline activations
- Attract, onboard and integrate young talent across different programs
- Activate, brand and amplify Brandstorm and Sustainability Challenge
- Manage the campus budget
- Maintain high quality of MTs and Sr MTs hired
- Activate the Campus Office with leaders
- Engage ManCom for activations on campus
- Plan, amplify and execute loreal for Youth for India
