My Client is backed by Technology related to IoT, Machine Learning, AI and Cloud Based SaaS.

They are trying to seek seasoned Legal professional with experience ranging from 10-15 years who can lead thier Legal function and can provide strategic inputs to

1) Founders

2) Board of Members

3) Executive Leadership Team

4) Business head

Job Details:

Position: Head of Legal , who can see Litigation/ Contract & Risk Management

Leadership Role : Yes

Location : Gurgaon

Years of Experience : 10-15 Years

Key Requirements:

1. Should be Working as a legal head for the organization having >500cr revenue

2. Experience of 10-15 yrs in total and working as a legal head or N-1

3. Minimum 5-7 yrs of experience in litigation and contract management

4. Startup experience could be a plus

Functioning Skills:

1) Litigation Management

2) Contract Management & Drafting

5) Who can do Business Partnering and can manage NBFC
