- We are looking to onboard an exceptional B2C Sales Leader. You will be working in close coordination with an award-winning management team. The incumbent will be accountable for sales strategy and revenue growth with a razor-sharp focus on increasing market share. Responsibilities:
- Lead the team in creating the business growth map, focusing on critical levers such as Planning, Execution and Quality
- Required to grow the business at an exponential pace with expansion into new geographies Regular reporting on sales performance including sales forecasts, revenue, new customer acquisition, competitor activity & customer needs.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, employees work productively, recruitment and training of new & existing employees
Requirements:
- Experience: 10 - 12 years - in Sales Domain
- Inside Sales & Metrics
- B2C sales experience as a Lead
- Experience in managing a large sales / tele-calling team
- Experience into Sales Metrics
- Regional Sales management
- Team handling experience is a must
- Prior Experience of working with a Matrimonial Company will be an added advantage
