Shift: 1:30 PM to 9:30 PM IST , Monday to Friday

Qualification: BE , MCA ,BCA

Job Description: Futurism on behalf of his client is looking for Technical Project Manager candidate having good experience in Microsoft Technology Stack

Responsibilities: Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team. Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals. Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard. Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible.

Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes. Writing progress reports and delivering presentations to the relevant stakeholders. Participate in the Sales call to address Clients/Prospects for technical guidance Managing Client Escalations, Internal conflicts and change management

Must have Skills: Should have more than 8+ years of experience Strong Team management experience Technology Stack: Microsoft Stack, Flutter, Cloud (Preferably: AWS) and SQL Sound foundational knowledge of IT infrastructure and architecture Sense of balance between the roles of project manager and technical advisor

Ability to communicate effectively in both technical and non-technical terms You love collaborative environments that use agile methodologies to encourage creative design thinking and Find innovative ways to develop with cutting-edge technologies Ambitious individual who can work under their direction towards agreed targets/goals and with a creative approach to work Intuitive individual with an ability to manage change and proven time management
