They are looking for a Product Marketing Manager who can drive the success of their products by crafting compelling messaging, executing impactful go-to-market strategies, and ensuring alignment between product and market needs.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and target audience needs.
2.Messaging & Positioning: Craft compelling product messaging and positioning to differentiate our solutions in the market, highlighting the value of predictive maintenance.
3.Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback sessions to inform product development and marketing strategies.
4.Content Development: Create engaging marketing materials, including case studies, whitepapers, product videos, blogs, and sales enablement tools.
5.Demand Generation: Collaborate with the demand generation team to drive campaigns that generate leads, nurture prospects, and convert customers.
6.Product Adoption: Partner with product management and customer success teams to ensure successful product adoption, customer retention, and satisfaction.
7.Performance Analytics: Measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
2. 5+ years of experience in product marketing in the same space .
3. Strong understanding of predictive maintenance, IoT, or related technologies is highly desirable.
4. Proven track record of successful product launches and marketing campaigns.
5. Exceptional storytelling, communication, and presentation skills.
6. Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Google Analytics).
7. Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from complex data.
8. Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
