BA Lead
1. Provide functional leadership for a team of Analysts for the overall BA team working on TSAExit Delivery Foundations
2. Provide oversight of supplier BA resources to ensure the quality and consistency of BA deliverables in support of the TSAExit Delivery Foundations
3. Challenging the business users to elicit missing process stages/requirements gaps by calling on the BAs knowledge of telco OSS environments to help users enrich the requirements definitions and minimise the occurrence of requirement discovery during testing.
4. Requirements capture and analysis with an agile approach in Azure Devops. Ensure these are appropriately structured, documented and managed via the agreed requirements management framework.
5. Maintaining such changes in the requirements baseline documentation in Azure DevOps in order to ensure; related Testing is also developed, Requirement Traceability is maintained, the impact of such changes on the Benefits Realisation Plan are assessed all of which must be done for a requirement to become part of the requirements baseline.
6. Ensure quality output of the analyst team by defining a quality standard together with the project leadsMandatory skillsPrimary skill required is OSS Service Activation
