Job Description
No of years experience 5+ years Detailed job description - Skill Set and Responsibilities: Strong Java basics concepts and hands-on programming experience: Necessary for accurately estimating effort and analysing changes Experience with issue-tracking systems (eg;Service now) Familiarity with log analysis tools (eg:Splunk log) Understanding of database servers: Know your databases, including NoSQL, SQL. Experience with GitHub, SourceGraph, Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, or other tools. Troubleshoot and Debug Code: Dive into technical challenges, debug code, and find solutions. Collaborate and Communicate: Work with diverse teams and keep stakeholders informed during issue resolution. Incident Monitoring and Follow-up: Monitor and ensure the health of AOS by following up on incidents to closure. Training and Knowledge Sharing: Stay up-to-date with evolving technology and share insights through knowledge base articles Escalate Complex Issues: Seek guidance to resolve complex issues when necessary. On-Call and Perform Assigned Duties: Be available for weekend on-call rotation and occasional out-of-hours work, contributing to team success. Describe a time when you collaborated with a team to debug Java code and resolve a technical issue.
