Should be creative and innovative, capable of planning, organizing, directing and evaluating activities of the organization in accordance with the philosophy & policies and achieve the goals, multi tasking ability, pleasing personality, empathetic, integrity and commitment.

Should have good coordination skills, should be highly organized and role model good work culture.

Should take ownership and work for achieving the goals of the School.

Related work experience in good quality institutions and good certifications is preferred.
