HR Executive And Generalist(Off-Role)

Roles & Responsibilities

Recruitment & Staffing:

• Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews with candidates.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and assist in selection.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including induction and paperwork.

HR Documentation & Compliance:

• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation, both digitally and physically.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and procedures.
• Assist in preparing and filing necessary reports, such as statutory compliance reports and other HR metrics.

Other HR Functions:

• Assist in the implementation of HR initiatives and projects as needed.
• Participate in HR audits, surveys, and employee satisfaction studies.
