Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition:
   
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Source candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.
2. Stakeholder Collaboration:
   
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored hiring plans.
• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and market trends to key stakeholders.
3. Candidate Experience:
   
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates regarding their application status.
4. Recruitment Analytics:
   
• Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies.
• Use data-driven insights to optimize recruitment processes.
5. Compliance and Documentation:
   
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies during the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
