Role & responsibilities :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead and elevate our operations at Episode One. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of expertise in managing high-volume bars, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving team performance in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Educational Background: Hotel Management graduate (preferred).
• Experience:
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of managing high-volume bars in a 5-star hotel or a reputable standalone lounge/bar.
• 3-4 years in a leadership role (Managerial position).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
