Key Responsibilities:

• Lead kitchen operations to deliver exceptional culinary experiences.
• Specialize in Italian, Continental, and Mediterranean cuisines, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Collaborate with the Culinary Director to design and execute innovative menus.
• Maintain consistency in taste, portion size, and presentation across all dishes.
• Supervise kitchen staff, provide training, and foster a positive team environment.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Manage kitchen inventory, costing, and vendor relationships.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 6+ years of experience in a 5-star hotel or a reputable restaurant/restaurant chain.
• Culinary Expertise: Proficient in Italian, Continental, and Mediterranean cuisines.
• Location: Candidates from Kolkata or those willing to relocate to Kolkata are highly preferred.
• Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.
• Skills: Strong leadership, creativity, and passion for culinary excellence.
