Role & responsibilities

1. Ability to understand new product/Solution related requirements and drive Requirement engineering process
2. Strong Hands-on orientation as a Functional Lead
3. Ability to work with diverse profile of team members like  technical team of developers, Testers, Release Management, Business Users etc
4. Help the technology team through functionally complex and difficult scenarios towards logical end

Preferred candidate profile

1. Business Analysis/Functional Design/Solution Architecture implementation of Banking and Payments systems
2. Strong Requirements Engineering and functional lead support for E2E implementation.
3. Good analytical and Project/Program Stakeholder Management abilities
4. Strong Communication skills
5. Domain:- Core Banking, Payment Systems, Payment Intermediaries like NEFT, RTGS , IMPS, UPI, SWIFT
