Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and driven SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your extensive experience in SuccessFactors to lead and manage the end-to-end implementation and optimization of compensation and variable pay processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, with hands-on experience in compensation profile setup, prorate bonus calculations, bonus forecasting. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the successful delivery of compensation solutions that meet our business objectives.Key Responsibilities:1.End-to-End Implementation:oLead and manage the full lifecycle of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay implementations.oCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful deployment and adoption.oProvide guidance on best practices and technical solutions to ensure effective system configuration and user experience.2.Compensation Profile Management:oConfigure and maintain compensation profiles to align with organizational compensation structures and policies.oEnsure accurate prorate bonus calculations based on employee profiles and compensation plans.3.Bonus Forecasting:oDevelop and implement bonus forecasting models and tools to predict compensation outcomes and align with business goals.oAnalyze historical data and trends to refine forecasting accuracy and provide actionable insights.4.Validation Reports:oDesign and generate validation reports to ensure data integrity and compliance with compensation policies.oTroubleshoot and resolve discrepancies identified in validation reports.oDevelop and administer calibration dashboards to support compensation decisions and merit increases.4.Rewards & Recognition:oDevelop and manage rewards and recognition programs to drive employee engagement and motivation.oImplement and optimize processes for administering recognition awards and incentives. Technical Expertise :-Candidate should have be expert in below technical skills :- 1.End-to-End Implementation:oLead the full lifecycle of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay implementations.oDesign and configure solutions based on business requirements and best practices.2.Compensation Management Introduction:oOversee the introduction and integration of compensation management processes within SuccessFactors.3.Comp-Ratio, Range Penetration, and Salary (Proration Calculation):oCalculate and analyze comp-ratio, range penetration, and proration for salary adjustments.4.Setup Provisioning for Compensation:oConfigure and manage compensation provisioning settings.5.Enabling and Navigating Compensation Administration:oImplement and guide navigation through compensation administration features.6.Assigning Route Maps to Compensation Templates:oAssign and manage route maps for compensation templates.7.Employee Data Export:oExport employee data for compensation processing and reporting.8.Compensation Data Uploading Option:oManage options for uploading compensation data into the system.9.Currency Conversion Table:oSet up and maintain currency conversion tables for global compensation management.10.Salary Ranges Job Code and Pay Grade Mapping:oMap salary ranges, job codes, and pay grades accurately.11.Clone Compensation Plan:oClone and adapt compensation plans as needed.12.Plan Setup Basic and Advanced Settings:oConfigure compensation plans with basic and advanced settings.13.Design Worksheet Standard and Custom Columns:oDesign compensation worksheets including standard and custom columns.14.Design Worksheet Formulas and Custom Columns:oImplement formulas and custom columns within worksheets.15.Lookup Table with Custom Business Scenarios:oCreate and manage lookup tables to accommodate custom business scenarios.16.Plan Instruction and Guidelines:oDevelop and manage plan instructions and guidelines for compensation processes.17.Define Compensation Period Data:oSet up and define compensation period data.18.Budget Rules and Eligibility Rules:oEstablish and manage budget rules and eligibility criteria for compensation.19.Rating Source and Planners:oDefine rating sources and assign planners for the compensation cycle.20.Create, Manage, and Complete Compensation Worksheet:oCreate, manage, and oversee the completion of compensation worksheets.21.Compensation Statement Generation and Management:oGenerate, modify, and preview compensation statements, including managing revisions and recalls.22.Payroll Integration:Configure Integration: Oversee the integration of SAP SuccessFactors with payroll systems to ensure accurate and timely compensation processing.Data Mapping and Synchronization: Manage data mapping between SuccessFactors and payroll systems, ensuring consistent and accurate data flow.Troubleshoot Integration Issues: Resolve i
