Job Description
- As a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant operating across the enterprise within the capability team, you will be responsible for assisting organizations in adopting service management and asset management best practices and optimizing them on the ServiceNow platform while leveraging the CMDB
- Successful candidates will have expertise focused on service management/asset management process design and ServiceNow configuration with a little hint of development knowledge
- As a member of a project team the Business Process Consultant will be working with our clients to assess current state processes and tools and define ServiceNow solution requirements in alignment with these requirements
- Lead client-facing User Requirements workshops
- Requirement gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing business and user requirements (both functional and non-functional) to effectively recommend and functionally design technology solutions that best address the requirements
- Work with clients and provide leadership on IT Service Management (ITSM and ITOM) best practices
