About the job:
- We are looking for a results-driven B2B SaaS Marketing Expert to lead our marketing strategy, drive customer acquisition, and enhance brand awareness.
- This role requires deep expertise in B2B SaaS marketing, demand generation, and growth strategies.
- The ideal candidate should have a strong background in lead generation, content marketing, digital campaigns, account-based marketing (ABM), and sales enablement for SaaS products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a data-driven B2B SaaS marketing strategy to generate high-quality leads and improve conversion rates.
- Plan, implement, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (SEO, PPC, email marketing, content marketing, social media, and paid advertising).
- Drive demand generation and lead nurturing programs, leveraging ABM strategies to engage high-value accounts.
- Create compelling marketing content (case studies, whitepapers, blogs, email sequences, and landing pages) tailored to different buyer personas.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals, improve sales enablement, and optimize the sales funnel.
- Manage and optimize marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, etc) for campaign execution and analytics.
- Monitor and analyze key marketing metrics, leveraging data insights to improve ROI, customer engagement, and retention.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and emerging SaaS marketing technologies to refine strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a proven track record in demand generation and growth marketing.
- Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, content marketing, email marketing, and social media strategies for SaaS.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo).
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics and tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or HubSpot.
- Strong understanding of buyer personas, customer journey mapping, and lead scoring.
- Experience running ABM campaigns and using intent data for targeted outreach.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and copywriting skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer success teams.
- Knowledge of growth hacking techniques and performance marketing is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in early-stage or high-growth SaaS startups.
- Hands-on experience in PR, influencer marketing, and community building.
- Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools and personalization strategies.
