Position : Tendering and Estimation

Qualification : BE in Electrical Engineering in regular course with elective subject in power system transmission and distribution

Experience 5-8 years experience in any reputed EPC Company involved in Electrical Turnkey Projects in Substation, Transmission Lines & Distribution projects, shall be preferable.

Job Description :

Pre-Tender Activities:

• Gather and analyze information on active and upcoming tenders.
• Review Pre-Qualification (PQ) requirements, ensuring eligibility.
• Summarize tender details and manage the purchase of tender documents.

Tendering Activities:

• Prepare enquiries and collect backup offers from sub-vendors.
• Verify supplier documents for tender adequacy and compile necessary documents.
• Organize all required bid documents and track bid status.

Estimation & Costing:

• Review sub-vendor offers, negotiate rates, and assess project costs.
• Prepare detailed costing for the project, including analysis & backup.
• Present cost estimates to management for review and approval.

Compensation will be no constraint for candidate with relevant education and experience.
