Position Title: HR Trainee

Location: Gurgaon

Reports To: HR Manager

Stipend: Will depend on interview

Position Overview:

The HR Trainee will assist the Human Resources department in various administrative and strategic tasks, gaining hands-on experience in all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training, performance management, and compliance. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to start a career in HR, offering valuable exposure to HR practices in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication with candidates.
Help in the onboarding process by preparing employee documentation, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth integration for new hires.
Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring all documentation is up to date and compliant with company policies and legal requirements.
Support the organization of training sessions, workshops, and seminars. Assist in tracking employee progress and feedback on training programs.
Assist in the performance appraisal process, including collecting feedback, preparing reports, and helping to facilitate discussions between managers and employees.
Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing documents, managing HR databases, and handling routine correspondence.
Assist in addressing employee queries and concerns, promoting a positive work environment, and participating in employee engagement initiatives.
Participate in various HR projects, such as employee satisfaction surveys, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and process improvement efforts.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Recent graduates or final-year students are encouraged to apply.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Experience: Previous internship or work experience in an HR-related role is a plus, but not mandatory.
Attributes: A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
