FuelBuddy - Executive - Client Relationship (0-6 yrs)

We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Client Relations Executive to join our team in Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective B2B Clients and converting leads into sales. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential B2B clients, pitching services.

- Understand customer needs, provide solutions, and close sales.

- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

- Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.

- Follow up on sales leads and handle customer inquiries effectively.

- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Minimum 6 months of experience in telesales, tele calling, or customer service.

- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.

- Ability to close sales and handle objections.

- Strong work ethic, goal-oriented, and self-motivated.

- Must have an Android phone and a laptop for work purposes.
