Assistant Manager - Human Resources & Administration

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality candidates.
  
• Oversee payroll processing, including salary calculations, statutory compliance, and employee benefits administration.
  
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of HR operations, including talent acquisition and training & development programs.
  
• Develop and maintain accurate records of employee data, attendance tracking, and performance management systems.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to human resources.

• Under administrative work ensure AMC are done on time, vendor payment and any other work related to administration is executed well.
• Should be open to travel Regional office and plant as and when required.

• Qualification: MBA in HR or equivalent.
• Candidates from the central line preferred.
