Assistant Manager, Structural Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Analysis: Perform structural analysis and design of solar tracker systems, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.
• Technical Support: Provide technical support during the installation and commissioning solar tracker systems.
• Optimization: Evaluate and optimize existing solar tracker designs to improve performance and reduce costs.
• Project Management: Lead and manage structural engineering projects from concept to completion, including coordination with other engineering disciplines.
• Documentation: Prepare detailed engineering reports, drawings, and specifications.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, project managers, and construction teams.
• Compliance: Ensure all designs meet safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Masters preferred).
• Experience: Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in structural engineering.
• Skills: Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., STAAD, RISA, SAP LPile, AutoCAD), strong understanding of building codes and standards, and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Certifications: Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• Attributes: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
