We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Structural Engineer to join our team at Avis Enertech Pvt Limited. As the Lead Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the design, analysis, and implementation of structural engineering projects. This is a senior-level position that requires strong technical expertise and leadership abilities.

Qualifications And Skills. Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. Executive:More than 10 years of experience in structural engineering. Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred. Strong knowledge of structural analysis and design principles. Proficiency in industry software such as ETABS, STAAD.Pro, and AutoCAD. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Roles And Responsibilities. Lead and manage the structural engineering team in the design, analysis, and implementation of projects. Prepare and review technical drawings, calculations, and specifications. Perform structural analysis and simulations using industry software. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers. Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to ensure integrated design solutions. Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations. Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project progress and quality. Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
