Job Description

Job Title: Power Sales Specialist

Location: Bangalore, India


Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead Revenue Management for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in revenue management, strategic account management, and business development, with strong technical expertise in intelligent connectivity, IT infrastructure and managed services.

As the Power Sales Specialist you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, minimizing rate erosion, and ensuring seamless collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Management:
    • Drive year-over-year (YOY) revenue growth for usage-based products.
    • Minimize rate erosion through proactive management of churn (soft and hard).
    • Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve billing disputes and ensure smooth rate renewals.
  • Strategic Account Management:
    • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in large enterprise accounts.
    • Achieve significant revenue growth and account penetration by aligning solutions with customer strategies and goals.
    • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to collections.
  • Business Development:
    • Develop and execute strategies to position the organization as a trusted partner in telecom, IT infrastructure, and cloud services.
    • Collaborate with OEMs and other partners to deliver tailored solutions in unified collaboration, cybersecurity, managed mobility, and data center services.

Qualifications:

  • Education: B.E/B.Tech
  • Experience:
    • 8 to 10 years in revenue management, strategic account management, and program management.
    • Extensive experience in sales of intelligent connectivity and IT solutions.
    • Demonstrated success in managing enterprise accounts.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Deep understanding of IT and telecom solutions, including WAN, LAN, audio/video conferencing..
  • Strong strategic planning and analytical skills to assess market opportunities and competitive landscapes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build lasting client relationships.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholders.
