• Should be resident of Kolkata
• Any graduate with 2-4 years of back office & front office experience.
• Experience working with MS Office/Google Drive/Outlook
• Excellent in interpersonal & verbal communication
• Strong followup skill

Job Description:

• Front Desk & Reception management along with EPBAX handling
• To welcome the arriving guests
• Interaction with Stakeholders & various department
• MIS maintenance
• Dispatch & File management
• Local & Outstation Travel management
• Arranging setup for meeting at Conference room
• Monitor stock & order office supplies
• Visitor management
• Housekeeping supervision for the office
• Attending incoming & outgoing calls
• Maintaining stationery stock
• Good communication skill, Mail management
• Manage the Office peons/drivers, allocating them duties as per requirement
• Requisition of housekeeping consumables, pantry consumables & other misc. items
• Looking after general Infra of office and its upkeep
• Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all the necessary materials
• Should be able to make calls and redirect them, communicate with employees & housekeeping staffs
