Key Responsibilities:

• Define project scopes and objectives, aligning them with organizational goals while engaging all relevant stakeholders.
• Effectively communicate project expectations to the internal team members and stakeholders promptly and clearly.
• Ensure the availability, allocation, and efficient use of resources.
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks to ensure seamless execution.
• Track milestones, resolve bottlenecks, and set achievable deadlines.
• Use advanced tools and techniques to measure, analyze, and report project performance.
• Continuously evaluate project performance to ensure goals are met and improvements are implemented.
• Maintain clear communication and ensure stakeholder satisfaction throughout every stage of the project.
• Create and maintain detailed project records for transparency and scalability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation/Production/Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management in the Industrial Automation domain.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to risk management.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Stakeholder Management across internal/external/client teams.
