About the role:

As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will develop, execute, and optimize marketing strategies to generate leads and revenue. You'll leverage your analytical mind, data analysis skills, and digital marketing expertise to identify our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and tailor our marketing strategy to target them effectively across multiple marketing channels.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and optimize multi-channel marketing strategies to drive lead generation and revenue growth
  • Analyse campaign performance using data and analytics tools, and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Identify and leverage new marketing channels, technologies, and techniques to drive growth
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our ICP and adjust marketing strategies to target them effectively
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market analysis, and emerging marketing technologies
  • Manage and optimize marketing budgets to ensure ROI-driven marketing spend
  • Create impactful storytelling strategies to highlight product benefits.
  • Leverage content marketing to build a strong online presence.
  • Implement growth hacking techniques to optimize user acquisition and retention.
  • Manage SEO, SEM, and marketing automation efforts to enhance lead generation.

Team Collaboration:

  • Be a proactive team player, working independently and providing technical insights to the team and leadership.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity in project goals.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Education: Engineering and Masters in Marketing from Tier I institutes preferred
  • Experience: 4-5 years in product marketing or growth roles, with a focus on B2B enterprise SaaS startups.
  • Skills:
  • Advanced knowledge of marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Email Campaigns and SEO.
  • Exceptional ability to craft and present product narratives.
  • Mindset: Data-driven, innovative, and customer-centric.
