Job Title: Talent Acquisition Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and posting job descriptions on various job boards and social media platforms.
• Source potential candidates through platforms like LinkedIn and other job portals.
• Review resumes, LinkedIn profiles, and shortlist candidates based on the role requirements.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate with senior recruiters and candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Support the HR team with operational tasks related to recruitment and onboarding.
• Maintain and update recruitment databases and candidate pipelines.

Qualifications

• Freshers are welcome!
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using MS Office and familiarity with recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.) is a plus.
