- Professional in PLM CAX systems (Siemens TeamCenter Suite, NX, CATIA, Polarion, Abaqus, Hyperworks, MARC/Mentat, SIMCenter, TC Visulization)
- IT Demand/Project Management Systems (ServiceNow)
- Intermediate in Digital Core Applications and Infrastructure for Automotive SuppliersApplication platforms, Integration Services, Business analytics Systems
- IT Service Management
- Business Process Knowlede:
- Professional in Product Engineering processes, Program Management processes
- Intermediate in Business and corporate processes for automotive suppliers
- IT Service Processes (ITIL)
- PMI Project Management
- Advanced level of English. Skills in an additional major language are welcome.
- Leadership:
- Proactive leadership role within the team / Scope of problem solution
- Input on IT architecture (often) and strategy (seldom)
- Internal thought leader for colleagues with less experience
- Trains/mentors senior professionals, professionals project managers
