Job Overview.
The Project Manager will oversee the implementation of a comprehensive Transport Management Solution (TMS), coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of project deliverables and drive value for the client.
The role demands a dedicated resource who will be responsible for managing the project lifecycle, delivering value, and resolving on-ground challenges.
Key Responsibilities.
Collaborate with internal teams to manage the project lifecycle, including onboarding, implementation, adoption, and ongoing engagement, ensuring seamless execution.
Act as a dedicated resource for the project, providing hands-on support for implementation and post-implementation phases while addressing client-specific needs.
Oversee product delivery processes to ensure timely, efficient, and high-quality outcomes aligned with project goals.
Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to manage dispatch and delivery operations effectively.
Generate regular and custom reports, conduct in-depth data analyses, and provide actionable insights to enhance client success and optimize project performance.
Maintain regular communication with client stakeholders to ensure alignment on project progress, resolve issues, and deliver ongoing value.
Conduct client training sessions to ensure smooth adoption and effective usage of the implemented solutions.
Collaborate with the finance team to manage billing processes accurately and with transparency.
Address and resolve issues related to project delivery, working closely with the client to maintain satisfaction and ensure project success.
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance product usage and deliver long-term value to the clients.
Present project updates, performance insights, and recommendations effectively to stakeholders, influencing and engaging them throughout the project lifecycle.
Skills and Qualifications.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Project Management, Product Delivery, or Customer Success, preferably in the B2B software product domain.
Proven expertise in client onboarding, implementation, and product delivery.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel for reporting and data analysis.
Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging stakeholders and delivering project updates.
Proactive work ethic with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Willingness to travel to client locations during project implementation and delivery phases.
Experience in coordinating with logistics and supply chain teams is preferred.
