Job Summary
Were seeking a highly motivated, experienced & results-driven Marketing Lead to own and execute multi-channel marketing initiatives with a strong focus on driving customer acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a hands-on marketer with experience in driving demand acceleration, sales enablement and creating impactful campaigns across key digital and offline channels, including email, LinkedIn, events, and webinars.
Key Responsibilities:
Multi-Channel Marketing: Develop, implement, and optimize multi-channel marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, activation, and retention, ensuring measurable business outcomes.
Growth Hacks: Ideate and execute innovative growth hacks for quick marketing wins.
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns across channels like email, content, events, SEO, SEM, social media, paid advertising and PR.
Sales Enablement: Collaborate closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to align GTM strategies and enable sales with state-of-the-art collaterals and nurture sequences.
ABM and Market Research: Drive strategic Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives and market research projects to accelerate demand.
Attribution and Reporting: Implement attribution models and measure performance, leveraging HubSpot and other tools for active reporting.
Budget Management: Manage the growth marketing budget to maximize ROI.
Active Innovation: Stay informed on emerging AI trends in marketing and implement the best of breed AI tools to drive effectiveness in marketing campaigns and workflows.
Requirements:
2-4 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS or high-growth startups.
Expertise in email marketing, LinkedIn campaigns, and events/webinars.
Proven track record in driving measurable results in lead generation and customer engagement.
Proficiency in HubSpot, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools.
Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Excellent communication and content creation skills.
