Executive Administrator-Poultry Integration

Role & responsibilities:

• Maintenance and updating of office records, books, files, registers, attendance, and asset registers.
• Verification of expenditures, travel allowances, rented vehicles, and filing of documents.
• Maintenance of bills related to the branch.
• Follow-up on chicks, feeds, medicines, vaccinations, and updates/verification in the system.
• Preparation of financial statements related to the branch and farms.
• Payment follow-up for growing charges to farmers and live bird sales.
• Verification and regular closing of farm cards.
• Receiving, maintaining, and distributing materials and medicines from the store to farms.
• Monitoring inventories related to the branch.
• Ensuring the safety of the office and other premises.
• Maintaining relationships with farmers, traders, farm workers, the public, and government officials in coordination with the branch manager.
• Coordinating functions with HR, Legal, and Purchase departments.
