Job Description

To help with that, were looking for an experienced HubSpot Specialist to help our existing Marketing Ops team

As we scale, this role will be key to managing and executing increasingly technical HubSpot tasks across multiple business units including marketing automation, data cleansing and reporting

Were looking for a HubSpot nativewho feels very comfortable using the platform, with very strong technical analytical skills

This isnt for people who have just sent out emails with Hubspot; its for people who adore custom objects and cant wait for Hubspot feature update emails to get sent out

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with the Director of Marketing and the Marketing Operations team (Lead Specialist) to prioritize and independently deliver on HubSpot requests

Manage HubSpot tasks including, but not limited to: Advanced email marketing setup and list creation , Database hygiene and segmentation, CTAs and landing pages

Build and optimize workflows and automations using HubSpot Operations Hub

Develop custom dashboards and reports to track key marketing metrics while ensuring high data quality

Build and maintain integrations between HubSpot and external platforms (Slack, Zoom, etc) and for sales-marketing alignment (Zoho experience is a bonus)

Collaborate with development and product teams for event tracking (Segment), API management, and syncing data across platforms

Requirements and Skills:

3+ years of experience working with HubSpot at an advanced level of technical proficiency (workflows, automations, analytics and especially integrations)

This is not for someone who has been a passive Hubspot user loading emails or uploading contacts

Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines

Familiar with email marketing best practices (HTML knowledge is a bonus!)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
