We are looking for a best in class Senior Analyst to join our Strategy and Commercial Effectiveness team in our new Hub in Chennai on a hybrid working arrangement. We will need you to work on a CET timezone. This is a multi-functional team focussed on 10x initiatives that combines strategy, data, operations and cutting-edge technology, in order to build efficiencies in Pleo's GTM via Sales, CS, Product and Comms.
You must have a proven track record in Sales or CS Operations and be proficient in using CRM tools such as Hubspot within the Revenue Operations industry. You will be supporting and delivering major business growth by building robust and smart processes as well as problem solving for new and innovative solutions that will 10x Pleo's growth.
What to expect in the role . You are involved where the business needs new innovative ideas related to revenue efficiency to be ideated, designed, built, launched and measured.
Workflow and Process Management. Build, maintain, and continuously improve our Sales and CS workflows and processes within HubSpot related to our GTM engine.
Develop new workflow processes for our 10x strategic projects enhancing Sales and CS efficiency, as well as our GTM connections to Comms and Product.
Provide enablement to Sales and CS reps on new processes you have created.
Work and develop a strong relationship with our key stakeholders across our commercial, engineering and product teams. Write and maintain comprehensive documentation for all processes you manage or implement.
Reporting and Analytics. Develop visualizations and dashboards to present data clearly and effectively.
Create, maintain, and improve Sales and CS reports in HubSpot and Excel.
Conduct detailed analysis of Sales data to derive insights and trends that support sales strategy and performance.
Project Management and Problem Solving. Tackle ambiguous challenges using innovative solutions and strong problem-solving strategies.
Prioritize solutions that minimize disruption to existing systems while ensuring seamless operational continuity. Collaborate effectively with internal RevOps teams to resolve issues.
What we need from you. Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Operations role.
Strong expertise in HubSpot or other CRMs, including workflow and report management.
Proven ability to improve sales efficiency through process optimization and data-driven insights.
Proficiency in Excel or Gsheet, including formulas, pivot tables, and data visualisation techniques.
Excellent organizational, execution and stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently, manage stakeholders and ensure timely delivery.
