Pleo is looking for a Strategic Programme Manager to to join our Strategy and Commercial Effectiveness team.
What do we need?
We are looking for a best-in-class Programme Manager to join our Strategy and Commercial Effectiveness team in our new Hub in Chennai on a hybrid working arrangement. We will need you to work on a CET timezone. This is a multi-functional team focussed on 10x initiatives that combine strategy, data, operations, and cutting-edge technology, in order to build efficiencies in Pleo s GTM via Sales, CS, Product and Comms.
You must have a proven track record as a Programme Manager with experience managing end-to-end execution of a project and a team to support successful delivery.
You will be supporting and delivering major business growth by building robust and smart processes as well as problem solving for new and innovative solutions that will 10x Pleo s growth.
What to expect in the role
In this role, you will lead various commercial programmes covering the revenue efficiency of the entire customer lifecycle from a strategic and operational nature. Some examples are:
