Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Recruiter to drive bulk hiring for the Microfinance Group Loan sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-volume hiring, frontline sales recruitment, and blue-collar hiring across multiple locations. This role requires strong sourcing skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to meet aggressive hiring targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for sales roles in Microfinance Group Loan vertical across multiple locations.
• Source, screen, and onboard high-quality candidates through various channels (portals, referrals, field hiring, job fairs, local networks, and agencies).
• Manage bulk hiring drives, walk-in interviews, and recruitment campaigns to meet business demands.
• Work closely with hiring managers and regional sales leaders to understand hiring needs and ensure timely closures.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of sales executives, loan officers, and branch managers to support business expansion.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience and improve offer-to-joining ratio.
• Maintain and track hiring dashboards, recruitment reports, and analytics for better decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulatory guidelines in the hiring process.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in bulk hiring, sales hiring, or field recruitment, preferably in microfinance or BFSI sector.
• Strong knowledge of blue-collar, field sales, and rural hiring strategies.
• Hands-on experience with job portals, social media hiring, and field recruitment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive hiring targets.
• Willingness to travel for hiring drives and field recruitment activities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA/PGDM in HR or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Prior experience in microfinance, banking, or NBFC recruitment is a plus.
