*) Candidates having 8-12 years of experience in Micro finance/banking in Group loan product(Joint Liability Group Loans-JLG).

*) Minimum 4-5 years expereince in Area Manager position.

*) Should handled minimum 15 - 20 plus Branches.

Job Description

Lead a team for consistent business development, customer acquisition and retention and for achieving business & revenue targets while ensuring quality service to customers, operational adherence, and asset quality of portfolio.Ensure profitability of the cluster and achieving the targets allotted through the branches. Drive customer satisfaction, strengthen our brand reputation, and maintain consistent process compliance throughout all branches. Manage operations, people management, lower attrition and overall functioning of the region assigned.
