Calibration Engineer

Role & responsibilities

▪ Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting test jigs and related equipment.

▪ Inspect and calibrate test jigs to ensure accurate and consistent testing results.

▪ Coordinate with Test Infrastructure team to identify and resolve any issues with test equipment.

▪ Document all maintenance, repairs, and modifications performed on test jigs.

▪ Maintain an inventory of spare parts and tools necessary for test jig maintenance.

▪ Perform regular quality inspection activities for mechanical and electronic items as per Quality Plan.

▪ Carry out calibration activity for in-house equipment as per plan.

▪ Co-ordinate with external calibration agencies to complete calibration as per plan.

▪ Maintain master list of calibration and reports.

▪ Co-ordinate with production for in-process failures

▪ Support in ESD Compliance Verification
